My journey includes leadership roles at companies like Aviat Networks, Cambium Networks, and Motorola Solutions, where I've consistently delivered enterprise solutions to meet complex business challenges. Beyond the corporate world, I'm deeply invested in youth development through baseball coaching and serving on the boards of Lake Geneva Youth Camp and previously at Downers Grove Christian School. My greatest achievement has been raising six wonderful children while building a successful career that provided for my family.
